My male char doesnt have nice fair skin so i notice a lot less, never have tried to run blender on it. While,far from confident, i do believe there is a blender you can use,hopefully someone points you in right direction. I did a quick gaggle check, this might help

If your PC is using FSC then using the Fair Skin patch from the link Heroine posted should do it. Cloud is right^ there, my initial thought envisioned user doing the blending. Google says someone has done it for community all ready. I should of edited my post prior to submitting it, the link i left is not a blender but rather compatible textures for you character.

There are 3 FS patches - two just below the download for the v0.9 add one third from bottom of the page. I recall that one of them worked and the others didn't. Looking at the 3 I would have thought this was the good one: SOS - B3lisario UNP Addon - Fair Skin Complexion patch C.rar as it contains all four texture files. https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/309-sos-schlong-for-females-unp/

There appears to be four different FS patches. Three on the B3lisario page and one on the EvilReflex page. I would try B3lisario's patch C and EvilReFlex's as they both have the four texture files _1.dds, _1_msn.dds, _1_sk.dds and _1_s.dds Your image looks like it is missing one of those files rather than it being a 'texture mismatch' as such.

No. Sorry, I'm out of ideas. It was a long time ago when I used this and I remember that one of the patches worked and the others didn't. Are you seeing any difference with the textures from the different patches, i.e. does A look different to B etc.?
