I had hired all teens but sold the club and about a month later bought another and teens don't show up anymore... did I miss something

I haven't played around with strip clubs yet but I suspect those teens are still employed at the old strip club and aren't available anymore.

Unless you make them quit first.

Those teen sims might be stuck anyway with the old career and can't get a new job until they quit the old one first.

Not so sure but it makes sense.

 

You might have to find each one and check if they still have a career.

I use a mod called Control Any Sim to take control of other sims so I can add traits or check careers and make them quit jobs.

The mod makes that sim a household member but not totally and it's just for temp. use.

 

Other mods like MCCC or NPCC can also be used to change a sims job I think.

Before selling a job I suggest you fire your employes so that they won´t get stuck in their dancers career
