Looking for Slider Values for Realistic Buxomed Bodies

Hi Folks,


I try making female sims with big chests like a few porn actresses form years back with exaggerated busts. The problem is the breasts don't look right no matter what I do. Small breasts and average breasts don't pose an issue, but Candy Samples type chests are beyond me.

If any of you can posts pics of your big breasted toons along with the Sliders used and the Slider Numeric Values, that would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, you need to post pics. It's possible that you are trying to go beyond the limits of the mesh. A sim mesh is made of a bunch of vertices that are grouped into triangles. The vertices are attached to bones. Most sliders adjust the bone geometry (facial sliders usually adjust vertices as there really is only one set of standard heads in TS3), which changes the mesh geometry. The bigger you go, the more you stretch what is a very limited number of vertices, and they may (will) become blocky appearing.  One Euro Mutt has a page with a lot of sliders to choose from. Cmar's sliders are made by her to work with the morphing nipples mesh that she created.

That one. As I said, there are limits, and if what you are doing pushes passed those limits, it helps to see where your trying to go on the sim you are having a problem with.

Yeah, as LadySmoks said there’s a limit how big you can go on the tits and even then you will have to turn a blind eye on several defects, like hard edges and clipping, that will appear.

 

Anywho… these are the settings that I use using the world infamous MedBod mesh (probably works the same with EA’s body and others):

Again, the results aren’t perfect so you’ll have to experiment to get the shape you want, the sliders and other settings I use can be found here.

One of the problems with the EA boobs is that they really don't have a natural shape to begin with. Don't know if you looked at the mesh I made for that dress with "side boob and butt crack", but I actually repositioned the boobs and did some work to enhance the under boob crease and a more natural braless look. Maybe it's something I will pursue some day???

I decided against making my own boobs mesh because it would also require custom bones, sliders, morphs and even maybe its own skin texture. That’s borderline nightmarish if you take in account you’re dealing with an ancient unoptimized game, so I prefer to “ignore” the defects than investing all that time, again.

If I ever thought to try it, it would be based on Cmar's mesh, with full credit to her. Of course, if her sliders did not work, that would be the end. Her nipple sliders don't work on my meshes, but that's because I merge those vertices. Possibly to increase polycount to smooth out the boobs and create the under boob crease as I did in the other mesh. All on a standard map. BUT... not something I'm planning to do right now. )))

Thanks folks for the input. Also, thanks Josh for posting settings. I was trying to get a closeness to Annie Sprinkle in her heyday, but I wasn't having much luck.

An update on what I have learned about sliders.... Although still not 100% sure, it appears to me that the sliders that Cmar made are very specific GEOM based sliders, NOT bone sliders, and made for her morphing nipples and morphing penis meshes. Her MTS tutorial if anyone wants to try this stuff...

Again, regarding the limits of EA boobs with regards to the number of vertices, going large WILL create blocky looking boobs. The alternative would be to create a high poly boob mesh that retains a smoother appearance as the faces are stretched, and probably matching sliders. Of course, Cmar's sliders probably wouldn't work with a new mesh, so morphing nipples would again need to be addressed.
