First of all: I'm not that good in english so i'll use simple and basic words which other people who aren't good at english as well can undestand it.

THIS TUTORIAL WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO MAKE MASHUP ARMORS WITHIN THE GAME  ITSELF USING A BUNCH OF MODS AND NOT BY NIFSKOPE OR BLENDER.

Please, don't read this if you don't think you need it, i made this because some people wonder about others Mashups.

Step 1.

Before you start downloading your armor parts you'll need to think about what kind of person/class is your character? For example: My character is a Red Riding Hood based Ranger. I suggest you chose one of these catogories:

Ranger / Thief / Rogue / Etc.

Warrior / Battlemage / Knight / Etc.

The reason why I think that there are as few categories as there is only limited pieces of armor available.

Step 2.

Now you know what kind of class your character is in you can choose a 'BASE'.

I suggest you spend some time here at Loverslab or at the Nexus looking for unique armorsets.

Suggestions:

(Warrior): http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13667

(Rogue): http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14198

Step 3.

You have your base now but the looking for mods isn't over yet:

You'll now need parts of other armors to make your Base "unique".

Brokefoot (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/users/3575696) his armors are REALLY REALLY usefull because of all the pieces. You can easily obtain them after downloading with the console -> help [set name].

But you also can use other armor's boots, gauntles or accesoires like: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33391

Step 4.

Combine step 2 and 3 ingame.

My Results:
