anjenthedog Posted October 3, 2020 Posted October 3, 2020 Delphine is not "some NPC". She's a quest character for the main quest of the game. As for why? idk. Perhaps you uninstalled some NPC overwriter (ie Bejin, Botox, or one of the many others... can't remember which ones modify Delphine) or it needs updating, or it's clashing with some other mod.
