Sexlab Aroused - timerate degradation after extended play

Sexlab Aroused timerate eventually decays over time, however this also works for npcs that you have never met, eventually hitting 0 once your playtime is past ~20 days or so. I play with mods that trigger at ~70 arousal so npcs eventually stop approaching. Is there a mod that remedies this, somekind of a setting or a way to globally reset timerate? Or some other way, like setting minimum timerate? 

I know SLEN has a setting that simulates sexlife but it only works for npcs that you have already met. 

 

tl;dr Sexlab Aroused timerate is 0 after extended playtime,  teach me how to fix this.

Surely you have to reconfigure something, but not knowing which mods you have in use, it is difficult to determine which one should be touched.
A tip is to tag your PC, as an exhibitionist (SAR option), then, when you are in built-up areas, send it around naked .

Also keep in mind, that in SAR, it is also possible to configure the clothes in such a way that your PC is naked even if it is wearing clothes.

With TES5Edit, it is also possible to apply permanently  SAR to the dress used (better if it is a custom one), but this operation completely clears the Armor Rating levels of the armor, among other things that can be circumvented with the Dibella Blessing mod .

 

However, the advice to tell us which mods you are using remains valid, in order to tell you which ones and how to configure them.

Entire modlist in spoiler, however I dont believe it is related to my setup. Just to make it clear, arousal is not set to 0, it can still be increased by exposure but the timerate is near 0, as in 0.03 for example. Having sex or manually setting timerate remedies the problem but it's just not possible to manually reset it for every met npc.

I am running Skyrim SE and SexLab Aroused Redux (and Ostim and Fertility Mode). I have a young male Breton dragonborn named Tyler who started a relationship with Mirai (fully voiced follower) as soon as he had enchanting maxed and could make decent enough gear to do her first couple of quests. There are a lot of people out to kill both Tyler and Mirai because of their dragon blood. This maks for a lot of bonding through surviving hair-raising adventures. It doesn't take long before they fall in love and their former reasoning of trying to stay lean, mean and alive changes to trying to make enough babies together that the dragon blood clan just gets too difficult to stamp out.   Unfortunately, due to this bug and the length of time before Tyler can even meet Mirai. Time rate under Sexlab Aroused for Mirai is stuck at 0.  I can go into the puppet master screen with Mirai targeted and manually push the time rate slider to 100, and if leave the Sexlab Aroused MCM, return to the game and then immediately open the Sexlab Aroused MCM again, Mirai's Time rate is already at zero. Actually I don't even need to leave the MCM. I can just go to another screen of the MCM like status or settings and then return to the Puppet Master screen and Mirai's Time Rate has already fallen to zero. Needless to say, this does not simulate a woman in her late teens very well. As a work around I set her to exhibitionist and set her exposure way up, but I really hope this bug can be fixed. I don't think another mod is instantly changing Sexlab Aroused Redux's settings before I can even leave the MCM.  I could be wrong, but I suspect this is a bug with Sexlab Aroused Redux.

bump your arousal multiplier value in SLA? The default is afaik 2 or 3. Try a higher value. Also SLSO can be used to accelerate the process by fiddling with its config values, here's what my Chiquita uses. She's a bit of a nymph. 

 

the last value in the second panel SLA orgasm arousal loss (mod) can be set to 3 or 4 or 5  and your character should get horny quickly. I try to keep mine down to 1 and sometimes 0 just to cool her down a bit, as she reached nympho status a long time ago, even before I installed SLSO
