Because the lot price is so expensive and i fixed it. Download a updated file

How do you sell the cars? You can't click on them to place them on Sale.

First off all click on the cash register and turn on the sales labels

I cannot set the items for sale. There is no option on the cash register to set the item for sale. Setting an item for sale is done by clicking on the item. Does anyone know how to fix the issue that you cannot interact with the cars. Therefore you cannot set them for sale?

Hello. I really don't know why this problem will be happened because i sell everything. So i try to delete all CC on my Mods folder and keep only files from my creation and try

Hello everyone! I don't forget about my creations and etc. After my last creation my game will be crashed and i delete all contents from Mods folder, because my old computer is so slowly. But now i bought a powerful gamer computer (Nvidia RTX 4070Ti, 64 GB Ram) and when i finish with downloading CC for Sims 4 i start to make contents again and maybe remake every my content which i created before

Hi everyone, i want to inform you that i have downloaded a lot of CC for The Sims 4 from various sources, including this website. Currently, i am checking all downloaded mods for duplicates and conflicts, then deleting them. Soon, you will see my new creations

Hello everyone. a while ago, I used to create sims and lots, sharing them on my website and here. Unfortunately, I lost access to my website ( https://karimoff-ts4.at.ua) and had to step away from content creation for a while. On top of that, my Mods folder became overloaded with conflicting files, and my computer at the time was too weak to handle it, so I had to uninstall The Sims.

But now, I’m coming back—bigger and better! From now on, I'll be creating content under a new name: Naughty Sims, and I’ll be launching a new website where I’ll share all my new creations. I plan to remake all the sims and lots which I previously introduced, like this car dealership lot. Beyond that, I’m expanding my work into new areas. I plan to create porn films in The Sims and upload them to my website. I’ll also planning to add my porn movies from TS4 for Wicked Whims, for Watch Porn interaction from TV or computer. Additionally, I’m planning to experiment with custom content for The Sims 4 like clothing and objects and might even try making new animations for Wicked Whims. To support these projects, I’ll also be launching a Patreon where fans can get exclusive content and updates. Exciting things are coming soon—stay tuned!
