Sneaksmile Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Hello. I have seen that some new armor requires that body. So ... what is the real difference between normal UUNP bodies and that body? Can the armors and stuff for BHUNP be used for UUNP HDT bodies and vice versa? I will appreciate the explanation.

Be sure you use the newest xpms skeleton cause bhunp use 3 breastbones and uunp only 2. Bhunp bodys have a higher poly resolution and use a diferent lower body/vagina.

Some visual glitch in the armors?

Some visual glitch in the armors? With a outfit/armor you have no difference, but if the outfit use bhunp hdt for breasts and butt you need the newest version from the xp32 skeleton. If i'm right, maybe it has extra hdt tight bones too,I'm not sure,I use my own body model. But,,you can build the bhunp outfit in bodyslide and load it in outfitstudio, delete the body and all bones, create a uunp body and load it as reference, copy all uunp body bones to the outfit and duplicate the body, export it.Now you have a uunp outfit. ^^

I mean ... is like convert a suit that only works with UNP body? How many different HDTs are there? I only know the PE and the SMP. '' 3bbb '' ... Does it mean 3 breast bones? If an armor have that is when there are problems with a normal UUNP body? Is it worth installing that body and forgetting about the normal UUNP bodies for forever?

Check out all the problems others are having with it, ask yourself what it does that you don't already have or can't get with less hassle and then ask yourself is it worth the grief. The hi-poly body also uses more resources than the regular ones.

That is why I opened this thread, because some guys say it is the best body available for the game and others say that is not true, that in reality it is not a good body. I also want to know if the incompatibility with the armor is only visual or can cause serious problems.

So that body (as improvement) only has breasts that bounce more and a vagina that opens. Not? Why so much trouble with the armors if it is a body practically equal to the normal UUNP HDT? I've seen some good armors that are only for that body but the vast majority are still for UUNP HDT body. I can live with some visual glitches, if that's all that happens when wearing some armor for BHUNP in an UUNP HDT body. ☝️

If that body is a '' step forward '', why is the UUNP HDT still the first choice for modders in armor and clothing?
Grey Cloud Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Don't really know as this is not my thing. CBBE and UUNP have been around for years and are reliable. They both have a shed load of outfits available. HDT-PE was the only option until relatively recently. From what I understand, SMP-PE is used mostly by the SE brigade.
RohZima Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 I'm hardly an authority because I haven't been able to get BHUNP to work properly yet so I still use UUNP HDT with PE. But in theory I'd say if you use an outfit that has the BHUNP body with it then you just need to have the appropriate skeleton or you will have weird visual glitch like the breasts going up in the body when you crouch or something. Also it goes without saying you would need the appropriate type of physiscs, ie PE or SMP, or the bounce won't work. I would just try it and see if you can get it working but remember it is the textures, and the resolution (texel density) of normal maps and stuff that really adds detail to the body, rather than the poly count. That being said, the high poly body does look smoother obviously on the edges but even specular infortation (surface shine) looks different. Just try it out and see.
