I haven't been able to work on RTBP as much as I'd like to, due to my job, but with Winter coming, things should slow down very soon and I'll have much more free time.

 

I'm working on a method of detecting the breasts without having to manually examine each custom mesh and determine the constants.

 

I mentioned creating bones via 3D weight maps earlier, but I'm not sure that's going to work, due to the fact the custom meshes tend to be so different from the default ones. I've been experimenting with 2D weight maps, based on texture coordinates, and have had some success.

 

I've been experimenting a lot with angular physics. I.e., physics involving the rotation of bones, and not just the translation. This feature may be a part of the next preview release.

 

I'm also trying to streamline the RTBP installation process as much as I can. The vast majority of private messages I get are from people asking for help installing RTBP. I'd like to make this process as painless as possible. I'm thinking a single EXE file that starts an installation wizard and does all the dirty work automatically.

That's a known problem. Sometimes RTBP mistakes one part of a sim for another. I'm working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope it isn't too distracting for you.

RTBP Commander can be run from anywhere, but the Sims 4 needs to be running at the same time. I suggest you start the Sims first, then start up RTBP Commander.

I'm not really sure honestly. I don't know that much about later versions of Windows. I develop RTBP completely in Linux. Maybe try running it as an administrator? Perhaps someone that has successfully installed RTBP via the installer could chime in and explain how you did it?

The "README.html" file should be in the ZIP file. You'll need to extract it first. The RTBP Installer can walk you through the installation setup. You can find it here: RTBP Installer

Hmmm... I'm not going to say "no", because I can think of a couple ways that I could possibly do that, via this method, but that's kinda out of the scope of what I'm trying to do here.

 

It might be possible through script mods. I'm not really familiar with the Sims 4 Python API, though. You might try reaching out to another modder, one that knows more about script mods than I do.

Hi there thanks for making this mod but I'm having a couple problems

The physics work fine for a little then they go static, this is mainly for ass physics. 

When I try and change the values, the game freezes and goes white when I come back to it.

I tried installing this mod today and everytime I try to launch the sims I immediately get that it was unable to start and I need to reinstall the game.  I removed all mods from my mods folder and even reinstalled the game.  Im 99% sure I installed everything correctly, as I even tried using your installer.  Im at a complete loss. Really want to try this out! Thanks in advance.

Hmmm... Do you know the specs of your computer? The Sims 4 with RTBP installed might struggle a bit on an older or lighter computer.

Try downloading and installing the latest Microsoft C++ Redistributable. That may fix the problem. Any error information, log files, etc. you have would be very helpful.

My last settings. With them in the life of Sims, the breasts are a little excessively mobile, but during sex it looks more interesting.

I got it to work! Just had to download and install directx9, my computer was running version 12. Thanks for your quick response, this mod is truly amazing!

Hmmm... I'm afraid I don't know what the problem is. Have you tried installing manually? Look at the "Readme.html" file for instructions.

I took these settings from RmX93. They're okay but I still wish the breasts weren't SO floppy. I want them more floppy than tonicmole but way less than this.

I haven't spent a lot of time fine tuning the variables. I was hoping that the users could help me determine the best default settings.

 

There's no issues that I know of with these body parts, I think it's just personal preference. Most of the people that use this mod are more interested in female body parts.

Make sure you're using the absolute latest version of RTBP, and make sure the RTBP Script Mod is installed and up to date. RTBP relies on the RTBP Script Mod to alert it when the game speed changes.

 

By default RTBP should pause the physics simulations when the game is paused or set to speed 2 or 3. If you don't mind the simulators running at all speeds, feel free to set the "startSimulationServer" variable in your "Settings.ini" file to "false".
