I don't want to be rude, but have you ever looked at that tool? You literally only need to select the folder, check LE and click optimize. If your English is good enough to write in a forum you can use that tool.

I speak and write no word english! to write I use google translate, but I can only use this here, not in folder files and certainly not in tools.

I made a quick backport and it works. Ok, can not try out if 3BB works, cause I do not use 3BB and therefore I have no hdt at all, at the moment. so here you go: Hunter of Darkness [LE] - CBBE - BHUNP.7z @winny257 Du kannst das auch. Dir muss nur jemand einmal ein Bild mit den Schalterstellungen zeigen.

In case I could try I'm using cathedral assets optimiser https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23316 and this time (use it nearly every time) I used ordenator https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801 in addition for best texture performance.
