Games with decent nude mod?

Can someone suggest a list of game with proper nude mod? By decent I mean fully custom model and texture with high detail quality. If you can customize body shape, nipple, vagina, public hair then that is a bonus. Simple retexture with texmod doesn't count. Must have playable female character.

funnily enough I think FFXIV has some pretty decent ones, however they are texmods. The site with them on needs you to link a discord account as well as enable NSFW content to access them though.

Game is still in development, but not only can you configure the body, you can also position your character and followers for screen shots. 

Granted its not an RPG with quests ect.. its mostly spawn in open areas and kill things for loot and gold to buy lingerie, armor and weapons. 

I havent played it much, but after downloading some mods for it, found myself mostly setting up the girls for dirty photos.. lmao
