Whicked Whims Last Exception Error

I've received the orange "Last Exception" message in SIMS 4, and am unable to determine what the issue is. I tried uploading the exception file to the WW LastException Assistant, but it couldn't read it. I tried using the "http://xmlprettyprint.com/" site, but the site wouldn't load. I'm not sure what else to do. Please advise.

Your LE is empty, so the game hasn't gathered any information about what was going on. Are there any other files like "WickedWhims_Excetption.txt" with the same time and date in your TS4 folder? If so, please upload them here.

Otherwise run the game again and try to reproduce the steps that led to the LE popping up - maybe you'll get a proper LE file then.

Actually if LE is empty it's because there's too much information and it doesn't fit into a file, hence, the file is empty.

WickedWhims_Exception file will most likely clear up any confusion.
