To get there go back to the page where you downloaded the mod. Immediately below the green Download button is a gray Get Support button. Click on that. Go to the bottom of the page (any page) and type in your question. Second, there is something very wrong with your mod for it to crash. My guess is that you've downloaded the LE version and are playing SE or vice versa. Check on that and correct it if it is the case. Otherwise I would suggest deleting your current version of SexLab anyway and downloading it again from scratch.

As for the OP, absolutely no information was given, how are people even supposed to properly troubleshoot you?
