lkb0714 Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 Hello, i'm gonna concept play with fullbody tattoo acc But the existing tattoo accessories are designated as socks in s3oc. so. i'm trying to change tattoo acc's clothing type with s3oc. The existing socks clothing type is often used to wearing stockings, so I hope they don't overlap. I think the proper part is the scalf, what do you think?
landess Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 NRaas Master Controller has options in MC/settings/CAS which allow more than one accessory per location. As another user recently learned after going all radical trying to solve a simple issue: Layer the clothes as if you were putting them on IRL. In your case - 'equip' the tattoo first, then the stockings.... I need to do this with toenail polish when Sims wear stockings as well. You 'could' do the polish last if it doesn't show thru as well as one wishes, and then color it to give the illusion of being beneath the stockings. When dealing with Acc-Tattoos, layering may not be necessary though. A simple test while in CAS will tell. Not all CC is made the same as we've learned, and what may work for one isn't gospel for all. Knowing this can save one from going through a bunch of 'unnecessary' steps.

As landess said, Nraas MC can give you options for multiple accessories per location, which is good to have regardless. The reason many accy tattoos are "socks" is because socks are a skin overlay... no mesh like earrings, bracelets, glasses and a few others. If you wish to change the slot, it is easier in s3pe. Open the CASP in Grid and scroll down to "clothing"... click the arrow to open the menu, and choose your option. I would suggest right garter, as it is rarely used. Overlap? You mean the tattoo showing over the socks? If you use accy tattoos made by someone who understands overlay priority, you should not have a problem. These are all full body tattoo accys. The masks are by Lorandia as is the tattoo in the center. The others are TS3 and TS4 tattoos that I pieced together. These are set as gloves with an overlay priority of 3... socks are 4... so they are just one the skin overlay, but below socks and other accys.
