that what OP is looking for is from one person which steals from other modders!
this person is banned on all well-known websites!

according to the new European copyright law, all videos with copyright infringement have been removed!

@winny257Thats the difference. Showing a movie with "stolen" assets violates no rule, cause they were uploaded to download, even download by Mr. SkyrimGTX. and therefor he is allowed to make videos and pics of those assets.

 

 

If you download a movie and reupload it (or parts of it) it violates the copyright rules as well as sharing the downloaded assets for money or against the will of the autor. 

 

With the video he gives nothing away that belongs to the autor. No single Skyrim Video even of Vanilla Skyrim would be legal, cause that assets belong to Bethesda.

 

? the picture of an object is not the same as the object itself.

Ja und?

 

Ich habe den Vivian Follower aus erster Hand, also vom ursprüglichen Autor, der ihn auf dem Nexus hochgeladen hatte. Lang ist es her 2016 sagt mein Ladeverzeichnis. Ich könnte, wenn ich bei You tube wäre, auch ein Video mit ihm machen und es  hochladen. Dazu wäre ich berechtigt wie auch alle anderen "Lets play" usw. tuber auch. (Mich hat auch niemand gefragt, als meine Mod plötzlich auf You-Tube Gezeigt wurde.)  

 

Praktisch kein Bild aus Skyrim hier, auf dem Nexus, twitter, facebook oder sonstwo, wäre nach deiner Logik zulässig, denn all die Kleidungsstücke, Waffen und was sonst noch auf den Bildern zu sehen ist ja die Körper, Hauttexturen, Augen etc unterliegen dem Urheberrecht von irgendeinem Modder. So weit geht der Schutz nicht. 

 

Das Problem bei Skyrim GTX ist doch das er die Sachen geringfügig verändert und als seine eigenen verkauft und dann noch für Geld (wie auch teilweise Shaken), obwohl ein paar selbstgemachte gibt es wohl auch, aber selten.

du hast mit allem recht, niemanden interessieren kleine Fische, deshalb interessiert es YouTube nicht. 
auch wenn sich die original Autoren beschweren würden *was Sie nicht tun*, dann ist es für Tube ein klax, nicht der rede wert.
erst wenn schadensersatzklagen in die millionen gehen, dann ist es ein weniger schmerzhaft für Tube. 

aber auch das bezweifle ich bei mehreren Milliarden jahresumsatz.
