Clockwinding Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 That looks like a SkyUI window/overlay? have you tried re-installing that, checked you have the correct version for LE/SE, etc? Other possibility would be an ENB lens layer of some kind, left by a troll ENB settings author to torment you. Gl
