Right now this Building has 1Bedroom for the Parent's, 2 Children room's (1Boy 1Neutral-gothic Syle), 3 Bathroom's, 1 Guest room, a Sauna, as in every build a Pool , a Store room, a Spa, a Music room, a Woodworking and Arceology room, a small Library, a fitness room and of course a Big Rom in the Basement to make it your Fetish room. Have fun with it and do whatever pleases you, it's only your decision to change every single room to your heart's content ♥♥♥ ^-^. Let's add the next House, this time i'll give you something Big, this lot is 64 x 64 . I created it for the Bridelton bay lot ^-^. This Luxury Mansion is made for 8 Fmily members + 1 or 2 Dogs (and how many ever you wanna add (there is a Mod for creating family's with more than yust 8 members )). This Villa Has allmost everything, It has right now 1 Bedroom for 2 Parents, 3 Children room's (1Boy 1Girl 1Neutral-Gothicstyle), 1 for a Toddler (Girl), 2 Room's for Teenager. it also has 2 Living room's, a big Kitchen, an extra dining room, 2 Gaming room's, a Library, 4 Bathroom's, a fitness room, a Arceology or woodworking room, a Spa room, a private Cinema, a private Bowling room, an inspirational Music room, a Sauna, a tiny tree house for a kid to sleep inside, a Family Campingplace in the garden, a storeroom, a Big almost empty room to make it your place for fun  ,to add there the whole exciting stuff and a little bench on a small hill that looks right trough your private Beach ^-^. (Feel free to add or change every single room to your heart's content . Good evening everyone ^-^, soo it's more than overdue that the next lot will come out, i m verry sorry for letting you wait such a long time, but this one had a big accident? . At Thuresday morning i started to build it and was so catched with it and had such a lot of fun creating it, that time just rushes past, before i noticed it was evening and i just continued, after a while i watched out of the window and noticed that the Sun rises agean ? , but i just continued, at the 2nd evening i was almost finished with my work and than the Game Crashed ?? (I had not even saved a single time while building this Beauty) and all data was lost ??. Well after a good amount of sleep i started a second try and rebuild it out of my mind and saved every 15 minutes hehehehehehehehe ??.  Soo this one is a little appreciation to a creator for all the beautifull work she gave to us. It was Build for a Family of 1 or 2 Parent's, 1 Toddler (Girl), 2 Children (1Girl and 1Neutral) and maybe a Teenager Daugter or Son which lives under the Roof top, with own Bathroom and everything, even an own mini Balcony on a

40 x 30 Lot. Right now it has a big Graden for the Children to play in, a terrace where the stuff is to learn for the Asronaut job (you can delete it and put whatever your heart desires there), a big Roof terrace for Gardening or sunnbathing, 4 Bathroom's a small office room on top of the Pool room, as sayd the Pool room, a Cozy Livingroom, a big Kitchen, a hobby room for Woodworking and Arceology, a Sauna, a Spa room with a Fittness room behind, a Music room, a Hobby room for Games with a door leading to a room for the more magical hobby's, a cute front yard with a small pond and of course a Room for the Fetishes or more pervert hobby's hehe. Soo have fun with it and do whatever pleases you, it's only your decision to change every single Room to your heart's content ♥♥♥ ^-^. (Ohh and as allway's, i would be thankfull for any suggestion's for improvement's or wishe's for this or the next lot. Good Evening everyone ^-^, i hope everyone is fine and you all had a lot of fun since you last have taken a look at my little place here heheh ^-^. I know it has taken a lot of time for this here and it looks not as god as the other one's and is so small >.< but well how should i say, creating this one was something that was close to my heart (i found an old Hard drive and found some pictures of my Childhood Home which my parents sold some year's ago when they divorced, luckily i was already 18 when that happened and close to move out too heheh ^-^, but i have so many wonderfull memory's of growing up there ;) .). So let me give you a spark of my Childhood Memories , this 20 x 15 Lot have 1 Bedroom for 1 or 2 Parent's, 2 Kid's room's (one of the Kid's room's is in the basement, and the othe one in the 1st Floor-splitted in 2 room's-1to sleep and the other one to invite friends and watch TV or play Console Game's or read some Book's, like a small living room) , A cute Kitchen, a tiny Bathroom, a supersmall gest Toilett heheh ^-^, a sweet Living room with eating edge, and in the Basement there are the Boiler room with the Washing Mashine and the Big Hobby room for Woodworking or whatever you decide to do with it ;) . Soo have fun with it and do whatever pleases you, it's only your decision to change every single Room to your heart's content ♥♥♥ ^-^. (Ohh and as allway's, i would be thankfull for any suggestion's for improvement's or wishe's for this or the next lot. Soo i am the youngest of 3 Kids, My brother which is 14 Years older than me used to live in the Basement Room, but he moved out when i was yust 7, so my memories are very weak of the looking of the inside of his room, most is improvement, i remember the best of coming often to his room and i was verry happy when he allowed me to watch him playing on his Amiga or sometime when he even let me play games like North & South or Gianna Sister's hehehe ^-^, after My Brother moved out my father imediatly declaired his room for annexed by himself and made it his second Hobby room, for all his Book's, it was getting a lot of selfmade bookshelves almost all the walls where from top to the ground full of book's, my father is a passionate reader and even these years ago he already had over a thousend of book's, so in addition with his old record player and a cozy Couch it was his reading Empire where allways the good old tune's where Playing like Simon and Garfunkle, Johnny Cash, Sting, Joe South, The beatles and manny more ^-^, i loved it to yust stay there and listen to the Music . . . ohh my god i m getting earworms right now ^-^. On the first Floor i had my Child's room in the middel, for me as the youngest it was big and i playd and builded so much with Lego ^-^ hehehe, the Room that was later my small private living room was the room of my Sister, she is 10 years older than me and moved out 2 years after my Brother, so i annexed her Room when i was 9 ;) hehehe. of course i had the best memories of my own Rooms, and so they are allmost the same as in my Memory's (of course not exactly the same cause there are not the same furniture in the game ;) ), my Parent's bedroom has never changed and nether the bathroom's. or the Livingroom or the Kitchen, the Big Hobbyroom in the basement where used for storing unused stuff aside from the fact that my Father build his models there on the workbench, H-0 Army stuff and even there i could watch him hours of building and painting all the small details. in this Celar, there where a door almost where the Arceology table is, it leads to a deep Garage and the Graden aside the building was of course behind the Building ohh and instead of the cooling Box there where a big freezer ;) . it was a Double house half, so the Planting side was not existing and instead there where the Neighboars house connected with our's. On Christmas you could pull on the side of the eating Table and expand it so there could sit 8 People on this table and allway's the whole Family came and enjoyed the Big Meal which was a big Family Tradition, a giant 3 course menue, so amazing tasty ^-^. haa thanks to the old photos which the realtor who sold the house made i could almost everything recreate for the game so have a lot of fun there ;) .(i m talking to much, sorry)

This time I want to give you another small villa, which was built as a shared flat for girls. The property is 40 X 30 and has 4 bedrooms of the same size currently designed for 4 adults who live together in this flat share, as always, feel free to change everything to your heart's content. In addition to the bedrooms, this house currently has a huge kitchen, a gigantic living room, 2 bathrooms, a music room, a hobby room for woodwork, a fitness room, a small library, a hobby room for scientific stuff which leads to a balcony where you can pursue the astronaut's hobby. Furthermore, this house has of course a pool, a beach bar in front of it, a small roof garden, a private bowling alley, a private cinema, a large empty room to set up your perverted things at will, and a second living room in case someone wants to have some peace ^-^. (Ohh and as always, I am grateful for any improvement suggestion, wish or idea for this or the next property.
