My character uses Manga CBBE body now.
But I also want to let other outfit to convert to Manga CBBE mesh.
The problem is that the author of Manga CBBE don't provide BodySlide's SliderPresets *.xml file.
So is there any way to let body's mesh *.nif file convert to BodySlide's SliderPresets *.xml file?
Thanks.

Not that I am aware of.

If there is I'd like to know what it is.

The obvious answer would be use body slide to replicate it as best you can.

UUNP comes with a Manga preset, not that dissimilar from the CBBE one but it's not perfect. Not sure if the CBBE bodyslide has anything like that.

If it is really CBBE, then it is very simple:

Open OutfitStudion. Import the Manga.nif.
Export this body from OutfitStudio as Obj.
Close and start the outfit studio again.

Now loading project. Select your CBBE project (in the Slidersets folder).
Activate the Baseshape-> Menu Slider-> New Slider.
Call it Manga - or whatever.
Activate the Manga slider. Menu Slider-> Import Slider data from Obj.
With the Manga slider activated, press Tab and set 0 for weight 0 and 1 in the properties. This is the default slider value.

Save your project. Finished.
Now you have CBBE with a fullbody slider "Manga"

and you can subsequently transfer this slider to the desired armor with OS.

The alternative is as mentioned above: try out the slider in OutfitStudio until the shape comes as close to manga as possible. Then save it out of OutfitStudio as a preset.
