furniture Missing beds

I have been having issues with my furniture gone missing, I have searched for them outside the cells with tfc but havn't found them. They are still usuable, just invisible thinking it might be conflicts in my furniture mods but havn't been able to narrow it down. It's also usually the player rented beds in inns that are missing.

with more than 300 plugins  you can try with Xedit  to see what mod is taking of the beds  , load Xedit with all mods and apply for cleaning and every mod that overwrite or add or remove something will appear . than check every one of them to see which one removes the beds .

or you can uncheck one mod at a time to find the guilty one ( make a double save before , you might load and quit 300 times ! ? )
