TheRightDoorIsNotTheLeft Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 To provide some context, I have a CBBE 3BA body, Fair Skin Texture, and Bijin All in One suite installed. While this makes my own character and the specific Bijin NPCs look good, all the remaining NPCs (both male and female) look like they got repeatedly smacked with the ugly stick. That is, they still look vanilla. Is there a mod that can make all the remaining NPCs (male and female) in the entire game look better? I know Skyrim SE came out a few years ago, but I'm still shocked that Bethesda didn't make any appearance improvements on at least some of the uglier NPCs, like Benor (in Morthal) or Sybille Stentor (in the Blue Palace).
jbravo Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 I don't know of any mod that changes the appearance of all NPCs, but between Bijin AIO, Pandorable's NPCs, and Male NPC Overhaul, most of the important named NPCs are beautified.

I do know that Sybille suffered from black face bug when I installed other mods for my own character, like Improved Eyes Skyrim. I figured that NPC is very fragile when it comes to mods.

A classic story of people who know nothing about SE. Everything you think you have in LE I have the same and more. list at least one of those fantastic mods that you think doesn't exist for SE.

SE been there done that not impressed. Not that I have to defend my case but I have close to 1,000 follower mods about half do not exits anymore anywhere same for armor . I have custom mods that will never be found on SE why because they were made for me. I have land mods, quest mods ect... many are not found on SE most in fact don't exits anymore and were gone before SE came out. With close to a terabyte of mods for LE I'll pass thank you. I don't care what you have, I don't need to know you, it's enough to see what you're writing ... and you're writing about something you obviously don't know.

"One of the reasons I don't play SSE is the potato characters" when you write something that is not true, then the logical conclusion is that you either know nothing about it or you are intentionally writing wrong.

I agree, there is no need to continue about something you do not know or understand.

Many of the rest of those mods are 'aesthetic' followers and gag mods. The majority of the mods of substance can be quickly converted via Cathedral Assets Optimizer including head meshes and face parts. that is how I have a face from Khajiit Overhaul in Special Edition.

EDIT There apparently is an SSE version https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5274 Although it's UNP, so probably not what you are looking for.

My own character is CBBE 3BA, but what I don't know if that makes _all_ female characters the same body type. If that's the case then UNP would not be for me.
