My first set of clothes are two pieces of cum stained underwear. They're a basic tanktop and undies, so you only need the base game.

You can find them with a purple thumbnail in the CAS clothing menu.

Edit: Once I figure out how to make my sims 4 to stop crashing.

Edit2; Since I allowed sims 4 to get updated, I probably have to wait till some mods are updated, Whoops!

you can do that very easily with sims4 tray importer, it lets you access all your gallery sims and households and export them in one click with a save buton on the top right
