I installed the Remodeled Armor CBBE SE mod and it is not showing in-game

I installed the Remodeled Armor CBBE SE mod with the required mods you need for it and the first time I loaded in-game I was able to see it and it worked perfectly but then after I had removed some mods causing issues and used LOOT to sort my load order next time I loaded in-game It would not work and it wasn't loading in and everyone's armor was back to vanilla and I have searched for hours and went on different discord servers and no one has been able to help or I haven't found any solutions on this issue and also I am using Mod Organizer 2 and running SKSE through it and I have also reinstalled everything and it still doesn't work so can someone please help me cause I would appreciate any and all help with this.

You are probably:

1. Using vanilla armor with bodyslide mod, something like this but for SSE.

2. Installed remodelled armor but as replacer not standalone.

3. The vanilla mod replacing remodelled mod in install order (left pane of MO).

 

Or, it could be that:

1. The first time, you installed remodelled as replacer so you see them everywhere.

2. You reinstalled it but as standalone, if so you need to 'remodelled' them using tanning rack.

Best option when you are installing Remodeled Armor as Replacer is not to install the BodySlide files for Vanilla Outfits when installing CBBE.

 

Edit: While generating the outfits in BodySlide how many options do you get for some outfits? If you have CBBE BS Files installed, most outfits will show 3 options like a) CBBE - Option b) CT77 Option c) CT77 Option  Realistic Physics

 

You have to choose option b or c.
