Does a curated guide like STEP for Skyrim exist for Fallout 4?

As the thread title already asked, does a S.T.E.P.-like curated guide exist for Fallout 4 that is reasonably up-to-date? The only ones I found with my google-fu where all form back in 2016 to 2017.

The first one is just to give you an idea of mod layout. As it really all depends on what sort of Play through/ theme  your looking for.

No theme per say. Just a up-to-date guide that gives me a baseline modded game to branch off of, just liek STEP does for Skyrim (SE).

My last time with Fallout 4 and its modding was back in early 2018, so about 2 years ago. And I highly suspect things have moved on since then. Hence why I asked for an up-to-date guide.
