Problem changing Apartment lot to other venue type

Hello guys, is it possible to change from aparment lot type to other venue type?

I don't think so. Even if it was somehow possible (through mods, maybe), you probably shouldn't do it.

Apartments are quite different from "regular" lots and changing their type would almost certainly mess things up big time. I'm no expert, but my guess is that apartments are more or less hard-coded to be apartments, since they need a janitor/landlord and are the only lots you cannot purchase (aside from those in vacation worlds).

I have the big apartment of city living as playboy studio, so it’s posible you can convert any apartments on bar, disco, club, restaurant etc. But you need to download one form the gallery , mod pages or just create by yourself. Is super easy to do.
