Not an easier way. You can use the hotkeys or you can use the page that allows you to change the offsets with numbers.

"You can use the hotkeys"     Do that save the adjustments to the animation? Or ?

It saves the adjustment for that animation with the two races and genders that were used.

For example, if you use a particular animation say Leito's Aggressive Missionary (if that even exists) with your player and say Amren (a Redguard) and make adjustments it will remember those the next time you have sex with a male Redguard (be it Amren, Nazeem or someone else). However, if you use the same animation with, say, Olfina Greymane (a Nord female) you start over from scratch with no adjustment whatsoever.

I don't know for SOS. Frankly, I avoid making adjustments with SOS since it always seemed to increase problems in my game. I'm not accusing the mod of anything, I'm sure it is operator error, but I just don't do it.

You can change the "Schlong" angle in the same way (with the SL MCM). The changes will be remembered by SL the same way as the changes in positions.

I think it is even possible to save the changes with SL for a new game(?)
