Sims won't get pregnant with WW interactions

So, let me start off by saying that, yes, I know all about how pregnancy in WW isn't like in vanilla, it's not guaranteed and all that, and I'm fine with that, that's not the problem I'm having.

So I was having a hard time getting my Sim pregnant, but didn't think much of it, it's an percentage based thing in WW, but then I noticed she had the "Pregnant (Hidden)" moodlet when I went in to do some unrelated cheats on her. But all the tests kept coming up negative, no matter how I tried. So I removed the moodlet, and tried to get her knocked up the usual way, and she got the hidden moodlet again, but again, all the pregnancy tests kept coming up negative. And this just keeps happening. In the ends I just added a pregnancy to her by MCCC and solved it that way, but I would prefer to not have to keep doing that.

So I was just wondering if someone knows anything about what might be messed up, or knows exactly what "Pregnant(Hidden)" moodlet means. I just assumed that it meant she actually IS pregnant, and it just haven't popped over to be visible yet, but I could be wrong I guess. And MCCC pregnancy confirms that she is, in fact, not pregnant, since it would show up there before it shows up in gameplay.

I have plenty of mods, but aside from WW none of them are supposted to touch pregnancy. I get warnings from KinkyWhims and KinkyPets each time I start up the game since they haven't been updated until now for the latest version of WW, but I haven't used those with this particular sim, although I guess they in theory could be part of the problem since the thing they keep throwing up warning about is the now removed "Infertile" trait from WW, so I imagine they could have something to do with it.

IIRC, WW pregnancy takes a day or two to really kick in. I once had this with two of my Sims, where all the tests and MCCC showed negative, but after playing another household for a bit, there suddenly was a baby (in the basement, right next to some Scientist career lab equipment, because to the game that was the most logical place on the whole lot).

I guess that might have been it... because, lo and behold, smug in my assurance that I had a bug I didn't use protection and now I have three toddlers and an unplanned baby on the way... But I waited like a week the first time and this time it only took a day. Might be some degree of randomness in when the actual pregnancy takes hold.
