Hi all, So as my topic says, is there a way to copy paint weights (npc R/L breast, npc R/L butt) to another body?

I wanted my body mod to have tbbp and someone told me to add paint weights in the skin> add breasts and butt bone > and then paint weight them,

I'm new at this and i have been trying but failing to apply paint weights correctly, so i was thinking if there was a way to copy paint weights from one body's skin > breasts and butt bones then apply it to my body mod then it would solve my problem.

So if there's a way then plz tell me, I'll be really grateful, Thnaks.

Well, my answer assumes that you are using Blender.

To add BB weightpainting to an existing mesh, you have three options.

1. Automatically generate the BB Weight Paint using the Automatic BB Weight Painter .  It's fairly easy to use, just post any questions that you might have in the BB Weight Painter thread and I'll do my best to answer them

2. Copy Weights from another mesh.  This is good if you want to *exactly* mimc the weightpainting of another mesh.  Blender comes with a utility for doing this, but it has issues.  So I wrote my own.  Bone Weight Copy Script 2.3.a This one is a bit trickier to use than the weight painter (I'll improve the usability in the next version) but again, ask any questions that you have in the boneweight copy thread.

3. Manually add the BB weighting by hand.  This is actually what I did when I started the SetBody Reloaded project.  I don't recommend this.  In fact, it's what inspired me to create the previous scripts.  If you'd like to learn my method, let me know and I'll walk you through it...it's pretty painful, and is exactly replicated with my Automated BB Weightpainter, so it is also unnecessary.

I know its in here  http://www.youtube.com/user/NightasyTutorials/videos as I have watched it many times

but I dont remember what video it is in.

only difference is he copied cloths weightpainting and pasted it to another outfit

but cloth to cloth or body to body is done the same way

I watched all the 5 videos on painting weights, but there was nothing about copying the paint weights and apply it to another even for cloths

in the source body:

- mouse right click on skin modifier --> copy

in the destination body:

- delete skin modifier if exists

- select edit mesh modifier

- mouse right click on skin modifier --> paste

I've done that 100 times now, doesn't work, 2 things happens, sometimes No bones in the skin modifier after pasting or body disfigures in 3ds max if not then definitly in the skyrim
