XDMTX Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me a bit, seeing there is a very active group of savvy people here . It seems my problem is a bit odd, physics are going crazy sometimes, especially cloth physics, which is pretty usual as I have discovered. the thing is that it only happens when my fps go under 50, between 41 and 48 to be more especific, and it is specially bad at 45 fps exactly. Now all kind of fixes and solutions that I have found so far are supposed to help me when physics go crazy above 60 fps, and that's the funniest thing, when my fps go to even 100+ fps everything works just fine, so all this thing have me very puzzled. Is there anything that I'm missing? If anyone have any suggestions I'm all ears.

Things like hair do not work with SMP they need to be converted to wigs, overal its not as easy as to deploy PE mod and go. SMP works better/faster than PE if setup properly and does not bake into your saves.
coolfreaky Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 HDT go often crazy in Ultra High settings . you can reduce it to High settings by removing skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini ( make a save file in case you have tweaked those files ) . or install Embseries . some settings in those files.ini may have crated instability . you might also look at your load order and see if you have a mod ( cloth or body )adding hdt that overwrite or conflict . see if it is a particular set of cloth/armour .

You know, I've tried to migrate to SMP a few times but idk if I just can't handle it well or I just haven't been able to configure thing correctly, I mean it works and looks nice but my fps go down by a lot. It's still very playable but I dont think its supposed to hapend. 1 hour ago, coolfreaky said: HDT go often crazy in Ultra High settings . you can reduce it to High settings by removing skyrim.ini and skyrimpref.ini ( make a save file in case you have tweaked those files ) . or install Embseries . some settings in those files.ini may have crated instability . you might also look at your load order and see if you have a mod ( cloth or body )adding hdt that overwrite or conflict . see if it is a particular set of cloth/armour . Will it do if I change those settings using Bethini? I think i'ts woth to mention that body physics seem to be unafected and dont go crazy, I only have 2 mod with cloth physics and those are the ones glitching around under 50 fps. Anyway I'm going to check those things and will comment on any improvements. thank you!
