Oops19 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 There are many mod developers, otherwise we wouldn't have mods. Many are also on Patreon and earn money this way. You may ask in Request&Find for a developer and it would of course make sense to post your mod idea unless you want to keep it private.
