Thank you, good to know. I'll have a closer look at the conflicts to see if I want to integrate into a patch or leave it as is.

Hello, I had made an update to the Pleasure Ring world and the Shattered Pleasure Ring world Origin.

 

I have added the Industrial District (with a minor twist) to the megastructure and brought the origin's settings to be more in line with the Shattered Ring origin.

 

I don't think the way I made it is correct (setting planet size to 10 instead of a proper initial setting).

 

To update, it should be fine to let the extract the file right inside the mod. This will overwrite the appropriate files.

 

Edit: Removing the file as the update does not actually work. Will keep working to try and figure out is issue.

The tentacle world breaks the game on large galaxies by about 2400. I'm not convinced that this is not related to AI mods, but it turns out that the AI teraforms 90% of its planets into tentacle worlds, this is not a problem. The problem is that because of this, the number of inhabited worlds and the number of pops is growing and this causes lags. Please restrict the theroforming of the tentacle worlds as for normal planets, so that an unusable planet cannot be made usable through the tentacle world.

Is the pop growing? For me the AI just terraforms everything and then doesn't know what to do with it since it can't handle the districts.

However, since the creator left it in such a desolate state the easiest solution is to delete it from your folder and hope LV picks up some ideas of this.

I know this mod is no longer being worked on but maybe someone can tell me if this is an issue with the mod of something I have done, but the "streetwalkers and whores" job are not getting filled while having unemployed pops. maybe those jobs are for slaves only?

Those are worker jobs, do you have unemployed workers? Are those unemployed by chance slaves? Certain kinds of slaves ca only do certain kinds of jobs.

 

That aside those jobs are originally from the Lustfull Void mod.

That aside those jobs are originally from the Lustfull Void mod.

I have no slave.. all jobs are filled excluding the whores and streetwalkers. no workers will take the jobs even if they are prioritized and just go unemployed.  But I will check on updating Lustful Void.   TY

By chance has anyone used the Abandoned Habitats mod? It generates random abandoned habitats during galaxy generation and I am trying to see if I can add the Pleasure Habitat as one of the abandoned habitats (I added Necroids and Nemesis to my patch but forgot about the 3.1 update.) I usually just build my own simple personal patches so I am still trying to work out how to include the Pleasure Habitat to my personal patch. This is assuming that the latest Stellaris update hasn't borked Abandoned Habitats mod completely (the author isn't modding at the moment.)

I have asked that either the author of Lustful Void or the author of Kinky Void incorporate this mod into their mods. I really don't want to see this mod die. Not like this.

That issue is well known.

One page over somone proposed a fix but i don't understnad what it means and noone is gonna fix this mod.

It was even broken before the 3.0 Patch.

For now you can either learn how to create mods for Stellaris or uninstall this dumbsterfire of a mod and hope for Lithia<3 to pick up some ideas of this mod and incorporate them into Lustful Void. But most importantly: do not go bother them about it. They either will or will not. You annoying them only makes it less likely that they will do anything.

I suspect that part of the problem is the fact that literally any Barren world can be Tentaformed, not just the one that are "Terraforming Candidates." Having potentially dozens of worlds that the AI can't do anything with besides turning them into Tentacle worlds, means they are going to be turning dozens of worlds into Tentacle worlds.

That does sound like a probable cause.

 

I don't use the mod currently and don't want to configure my setup to test this out, but if someone does want to try it out, here's a very dumb fix for the ai issue.  @Samury24 likely has the better approach, my file simply stops the ai from transforming to tentacle worlds.

So I posted this question on the LV project forum too but i had a save that used the sexopolis project mod and now that its not being worked on and is part of this mod i wanted to just use LV but the tentacle and sexopolis planets are invisible and my races ascension perk is gone

All the sexopolis items have been renamed in the LV code to fit the naming scheme there. The game wouldn't know they're the same thing. I'm afraid you'll have to either start a new game or use old mod versions.

do you know the name of the new planet classes or how to add back my ascension perk?

This console command should work:

activate_ascension_perk ap_lv_sworld_project

The planets names should be:

pc_lv_sworld

pc_lv_stentacle

Could be that you are still using this mod instead of it's implementation into Lustful Void.

This version is outdated and pretty much dead.
