Can you please tell me if I have understood?

 

For to have a debt slave, I must have at least one playable sim who lives in a different home from me.

Once I have estabilished her debt, how can I make profit from her activities if we live apart? I noticed, The only way is to add the debt slave to my own house and effectively see when she has sex, or go to her home and watch the scene, on the contrary my simoleons don't increase.

Is there a way to make money by living apart?

The money should be added to the owner Sim's household funds, whenever the slave earns some - but I think the slave Sim can only earn money when they're actively present in-game.

I may be wrong, but the way I understand that system, it's mainly for getting some money quick and then "working" to pay back the loan (at least, that's how I use it). You play as the slave Sim and do stuff to get rid of your debt, the owner household gets a major share of all income and one day the slave Sim is free again (or not).

This is not like some restaurant or vet clinic you buy, where you can also earn Simoleons while staying at home or doing something else - it's about really needing money and doing everything to get some. The debt slave is the "protagonist" of this "story" and while being the owner has its benefits, it's not a way to make a living.

So, if you want to make money, you have to go and work for it (play as the debt slave, not the owner).

Your explanation is clear. You have understood my mistake: I thought "debt slave" was a way to make money, but indeed it's the opposite!

I have to be the slave, and not the master for to play this mod.

 

But, is there a way to make money exploiting prostitutes? Like if I am a pimp, or in any case a kind of manager who has an escort center with a percentage on income?

This is how debt slaves function in detail (taken from the Wicked Pervs download page):

[...] To make your sim a debt slave you must first have more than one player/played sim household.  Then go to the same Lost Eden dialog option that you'd go to to sign up to be a prostitute and click 'Register Debt...'  Then a user interface will pop up, choose the sim you wish to make your sim indebted too and enter a debt amount between 0 and 9,999,999 simoleons (don't enter commas).  If you choose 0 simoleons then your sim will be unable to pay off their debt.  Effectively making it infinite.  From everything your sim does, prostitution included, your sim's debt owner will get 90 percent of the profits while your sim only receives 10 percent(modifiable in the settings menu).  The 90 percent will actually go to the bank funds of your sim's owner and detract from your sims debt amount.  After the debt is paid off, the sim will cease being a debt slave and become a normal free sim again. Also, the owner household will get free sex from their debt slaves while they are in debt.  Debt slaves are  unable to choose which sex acts they put out or accept and will be exempt from the romance check that normal prostitutes get. [...] Also, they will only be able to delist their phone number for a short time before it automatically re-registers.  Debt slaves can't afford to not take client calls for a long time. 

Benefits for the owner household are getting a share of the debt slave's income (you need to play as the slave to earn money for the owner) and free sex.

According to this, there's no "benefit" for the slave, so I might have been wrong about actually getting some kind of loan from this - been a few months since I last registered a debt for a Sim.

 

Regarding your new question: There is a lot trait that also comes with Wicked Pervs, which turns any lot in the game world into an Escort Call Center (I think that's the name, didn't find it on the download page). Basically, prostitutes there will receive more client calls and IIRC the lot owner gets a share of all profit made through prostitution - been even longer since I played around with that feature, though.

However, you can't really play as some kind of "pimp", at least in the public version of the mod. I think the Patreon version allows you to turn a stripclub (Patreon WW feature) into a brothel, but I don't really know much about the Patreon versions of these mods.

I understand. Maybe it would have been better if the slave received the amount immediately (a sort of loan) and then return the money with sex. But perhaps in that case, the sims wouldn't have been slaves, but a free people

 

For the rest, I understood that what I'm looking for it's maybe in the patreon version of the mod.
