So the question is: Do you know how to initiate group sex? - You start a sex scene with your active sim and another one. - Now you click on your sim, navigate to the wickedwhims menu and select "ask to join in". - Then you choose the further participants and the sex category. If none of the selected sims refuses sex, they'll walk to where your sim is and the group sex starts.

The more animations you have installed, the more variety you get.
