Has anybody here installed booru style software on their computer?

I've been giving this some serious thought to better organize my images, but I'm unsure as to what to use, or just how difficult it would be. So, I was wondering if anybody here has done it, and if so, what they might recommend.

I'm probably going to try this out myself, my porn folder is overly organized and having a nice tag system would make it so much easier to sort through stuff.

I'd organize my porn folder but I have like 285 videos I'd have to sort through, or somewhere along those lines, not to mention my hentai games folder o.O  Is it possible to have too much porn?

Good news, I got this shit up and running.  See HERE.

 

Here's how I did it:

 

1. Download and install xammp. ( Install Apache and mySQL by clicking the button next to them.  They're the only ones you'll need)

 

2. Grab all the files from here.

 

3. Extract myimouto_1.0.1.zip into a folder.

 

4. Read the Explained guide in the HOWTO_INSTALL text file to set everything up.  Follow it closely, it's easy to accidentally everything.

 

 

Quick note:  The batch up-loader doesn't work, but there is an import option that works similar to it.

EDIT: And I failed somewhere, despite going over the explained guide like 15 times.

EDIT 2: I give up..
