CBBE Physics Aren't working no matter what I do

So I have CBBE and CBBE Physics but I can't get any jiggle, I've been told not to build a body using the Body/Outfit called CBBE Physcis cause it wont do anything. Maybe its cause a mod is overwriting it? Vortex even says the mod is redundant
