Amazing Follower Tweaks

As the title suggests, I'm using the mod  Amazing Follower Tweaks , I changed the equipment to the follower (his is somewhat painful  )

So since I improved it at the locksmith's desk, this whore no longer wears it. Why? He only holds the sword .

if  you  improved  the armor you have to define the equipment again and if that doesnt work the easiest way to equip it on her is  :

 

give  the armor to her

~   to bring up console

click on her on screen

type showinventory

pgup to find the armors ID

type equipitem xxx 1  - xxx is the ID of the armor

After you improve armor, simply talk to the follower, then select "Tweak Options > Gear > View Standard Outfit" and give the clothes back to her - looks like a "her" to me.  The opposite of when you took the clothes to improve it.  If that doesn't work or you can't see it, then something else is amiss with your game.
