Issues with animation, characters merging

I`ve tried running FNIS and re-running it, It used to work but suddenly everything started merging together. In the Spoiler ahead is my FNIS message and I'll update my load order as well.

I`ve decided to start over and reinstall the game from steam. Thanks for the help
