khajiit and argonian npcs lose HDT tail physics when entering sexlab animations

I am using the HDT tails from yiffy age of skyrim and they work fine for the player character with sexlab scenes. It's only npcs that seem to have this issue.

in Mode Manager look at the FNIS folder , you will find a folder named 'meshes/aux bones/tail/...

 

as i do not know if it is in use in your game you just rename the 'tail' folder to 'old tail'  and test your game .

didnt work. it's strange because im also using the inari hdt tails and they work perfectly with sexlab. the only difference i can think of is those are equipable while yiffy ages hdt tails are replacers.

you have found the problem !     did you try to change the place of the (file).esp in your load order  ( save before ) .

 

Or , why not make a unique character of your khajit : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3006

(but you will need to restart a new game).   

 

 

this one is for SE  but it can be used as exemple to make your own race in LE you can use

 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/99100?tab=images and remake it in CK for your taste.

The hdt tails from yiffy age dont have an esp since all the mod does is replace the tail mesh with one with physics and adds some xmls. also thanks for the link, that mod looks interesting and i will probably try it out later.

Gonna go ahead and say solved. Aslyslpyduo responded in the yiffy age thread and linked to a patch that could help and explained that this is mainly hdt pe being weird
