breast augmentation mod on custom sim affecting other sims

Recently I added a custom Sim that had the breast augmentation mod and when I loaded up my game some NPCs and other Custom sims had huge breast, if I remove and load again they appear normal but the icon of their sim still appears the same anyway to fix this so only the CS has the mod?

It's prolly a default replacement CC. Default will affect all sims. You'll need a non-default one.

What crazy doll says...default stuff will apply to all sims...….
