Question about arrangement with LOOT

You can use the LOOT program to give a .esp a fixed place in the load order.

For example, if a .esp starts with the number 9B, then it should always stay at position 9B even if LOOT puts another mod in front of it while sorting.

Is that possible?

I ask because I have installed the mod "Shoulder Switch Cam StandAlone" and the hotkey to activate it is determined by the position of the .esp in the load order.
If it changes this will not work anymore.

Um... no, that is not possible with LOOT, nor is it desirable.  There are some similar things that can be done with Mod Organizer, maybe others, but still, not really desirable.

I am not familiar with this mod, but changing load order rarely causes problems with well-designed mods.  Maybe this one is doing something "special".

Vortex have plugin load order, even "place after another plugin" feature
