zaz problem Help with ZaZ Animation pack install

Hi, a bit new to installing ZaZ. I have a question regarding installing the mod. I have the .esm downloaded and I have it installed through NMM.

 

The issue with it is that FNIS isn't picking it up at all, it doesn't even appear when I try to update it. I've tried looking at other threads and videos but nobody really has the answer to what I am looking for. Any help is appreciated (see attached for issues, and feel free to ask for any others).

When you download ZAP you get a very small file that contains 2 things. One is a link to MegaNZ and the other is the key needed to download the file. So, open what you've downloaded in a more mundane manner (Notepad, for instance) go to the link, enter the passcode and download the actual mod. With that, all your issues will be resolved.

You mentioned just .esm downloaded and installed.

Does it mean you only got .esm file, not the full package?

Ive been trying to find the ZaZ animation for Skyrim SE and honestly cant find it anywhere. Anyone have a link to this?
