That's probably a conflict between two default bottoms - usually the one coming with Wicked Whims and one other you have installed. Check your Mods folder for any files containing "default", "DR" or something like that in their name. Or are you referring to the flirty buff? That's caused by your Sim having sperm on their skin after sex and liking that feeling. Comes with Nisa's Wicked Perversions and either happens by random or because you purchased the Cumslut reward trait. Can't think about anything else "wrong" in this screenshot.
