[REQUEST] Any recommended fan replacements for Cooler Master HAF 932?

Hey guys, my PC case is a Cooler Master HAF 932...

...I really like it since it's spacious and sturdy. Unfortunately, one of the things I noticed is how loud it is with all of the fans running. I don't think the noise is coming from my HDD since I have an SSD, nor do I think it's from my stock CPU and GPU fans since I have another PC with the same parts but with a different case and it's pretty quiet. And so, I'm led to believe that the noise I'm getting is from the default fans that came with my Cooler Master HAF 932. Anyone have a similar case and/or know of really good quiet fans?

Alternatively, I was thinking of getting a fan controller instead but I don't know what's the best one out there...

EDIT: And no, I'm not asking for non-existant fan noise. If I did, I would be looking for a water-cooling solution lol. I'm just asking for fans that are as quiet as possible. I've already invested on silencing foams but they only reduced the noise slightly (and I mean SLIGHTLY to the point of insignificant; money wasted there...)

Lol no, no. I'm not asking to change the case. I'm asking to change the fans inside the case. :)

To put it in perspective, I can hear my computer about 10 or more feet away from me. That's bad. And it's not like a "broken" sound or anything... it's just that constant "wooooooooosh" sound from fans, so that's how I know the problem is with fans and not with anything else. And because of this noise, I'm forced to play music in the background because I can't work in silence. It's pretty bad if I need to leave my computer on at night while I go to sleep. More often than not, I turn off my computer, which defeats the purpose of being able to leave the computer on for whatever reason.

If there's a way for me to find out which fans are specifically making such loud noises then that would probably make my life easier as opposed to just guessing and replacing all fans. I know I could probably change my CPU fan but most likely not the ones on my video cards. I don't mind a little bit of noise but my computer right now is just ridiculously loud...

You could try opening both sides, and maybe get a fan blowing in there and then unplug each fan and test them one at a time. If they all sound the same then there's probably not a problem with your fans, if one sounds different / louder then replace it. Don't leave it on for long without all your fans though, it should be fine if you leave the panels off but don't push your luck. And another thing...this should be self explanatory but don't remove your CPU fan, that would be a very bad thing to do. If it's your video card I'm not sure what you could do there other than blowing the dust off. Some video cards are just loud, you can't really do anything about it.

One other thing you could check is your power supply fan. I'm not sure how loud it should be but mine certainly is not loud. If yours is loud or sounds like there's something wrong with it you should replace it right away before it fails altogether and kills all your hardware.

Yate Loons or Scythe "Gentle typhoons". Idk if hafs have fan filters but if they do it could be worth trying to clean the dust off them and also having a look and see what the dust situation is inside the rig in general.

Sorry dont know anything about fan controllers. I just put mine at full blast and clean them regularly. If your fans are connected to the mobo your bios/uefi screen should have the ability to control the RPM. Probably not worth it to buy fan controllers for noise alone unless you overclock you system. But if you do get them, get the digital ones, looks hella cool.

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the DELAYED response but I just wanted to thank you all for helping me out. You guys were right. The issues regarding my computer noise was not with my case fans but, rather, with my CPU fan. My test to confirm this was rather simple. I just popped open the side panel while the computer was on full load and holy crap was the CPU fan blasting so much air and noise. So I invested on a SCYTHE Mugen 3, installed it, and all was well. In fact, I'm still hearing a bit of noise but it's a VERY low, tolerable "whoooosh" sound (probably the case fans). I was even surprised that my Radeon HD 6950's in Crossfire were barely audible when playing a game. And here I thought that they were also adding to the noise...

I'm so happy that you all have no idea how truly happy I am. I feel like I can finally think now; do hours upon hours of computer work; and, hell, appreciate my fapping sessions to Internet porn while listening to women's orgasms instead of my CPU fan LOL! :D
