Weird skin coloured underwear blur

Getting this weird blur when i try to use the mods.

 

Also different in CAS, no nipples but its not blurred like in-game

 

These are the only mods I have installed (no clothing, no hair, no anything other than these). I think its a hierarchy thing but I'm not sure.

Pretty sure WW remove the mosaic, so your nomosaic mod isn't necessary.
And the StreamerMode you downloaded add back the mosaic. So there is a conflict between your mods. You should read about what you're downloading.

The Better Body mod is broken and so you should replace it with another mod (such as EVE)

Remove the nomasiac and StreamerMode files as well.

What has already been mentioned....you don't need a nomosaic mod....WW does all that....streamer mod not needed unless you post a lot of videos on youtube etc....get rid of them
