Well, there's Dumbaby's stuff if you want some variety - both upper and lower body parts for females, different shapes and a very consistent look overall.

 

For penis there isn't really anything other than LunarEclipse and .Noir if we talk about the best IMO.

.Noir also has a penis specifically for futas, if that's something you can use.

Even though a lot of animations (still) are probably based on noir's mod, and sure great mods, I really don't like it when mod creators go full rogue on their content and put it behind a locked site. Noir's stuff has been overhauled/has had more content added that is compatible with WW that isn't available and the XML tuning files have been changed. So I assume this would be a pita for mod creators if they have to use the old tuning files. Also tough luck with support.

Anyway, I would say just try Simdulgence's mods, plenty of support and it just works well.

Btw, someone made new female parts too, there hasn't been much new on that for a while now, but have a look here:
