fallout 4 fucked up

started up the game and found this, turned off almost everything and did a new game,didnt help and I do not know what to do.

here is my load order, normally I run around 220 mods so this is nothing.

ok well since I didnt get any help I just uninstalled fallout and I am downloading it again, 87 gigs later........... lets hope it fixed it

Once downloaded Make a back up. Next install Fallout 4, Enable Modding, Install F4SE, Test Game is working, Make save outside Vault 111 then install 5 or so mods and test in game, Repeat until all mods are installed.

I have a backup lol BUT steam doesnt offer a way to reload it, damn I feel like a newbie ?

After get the game setup with F4SE and working I would just copy then Fallout game folder contents with out the data folder and then just copy the Folder's in the data folder excluding the video folder and use that as my backup which would be only about 1gb instead of 87gb.

well I cant do that until the damn game is done downloading again, I figured I would go from scratch and start over adding mods a few at a time. I updated my board and video drivers, relocated the game install to another drive, the only thing I should have left is old saves which I may try to use

Are those walls always invisible, or do they pop in and out as you move the camera?

they pop in and out flash black spots shit disappears, body parts come and go and you cant trigger anything like doors

Sounds like a previs problem. You could try turning off precombine in your ini file. No idea what that might do to your frame rate though.
