I found the lvl up and over-encumbered messages the most annoying, especially with all those DD mods installed. This is the fix I found: Remove Recurring Messages removes the annoying reminder messages Highly Recommended

A few mods have the option to deactivate their onscreen massages. If you want to get rid of them all, than I can't help there. Also I also would like to reduce or hide most of them, with SRR, SLA, ZAZ and some tweaks it gets pretty crowded there.
