Screen freezes after an hour or so of play, help please?

HiHi..

I have 251 mods running now in my Skyrim SE. Thats almost at its maximum. I think 255 is the most mods / plugins the game will accept.

Now i run SSEdit so all plugins are clean. I run LOOT and the load order is fine and i get no errors or warnings. I have been careful not to use any mods that are obviously risky or unstable.

I have played the game from beginning for hours (about 9) and at least up to then its been fine, Stable and comfortable.

 I have a kick ass PC, like a good powerful gaming one so its not a graphical or RAM issue at all.

But recently i will be about an hour or so into playing, running around and bam! screen freezes as if i paused it. I can hear the game music but no control, frozen screen and cant even exit the game. basically a game crash. I cant even get back to desktop with the windows key or Ctrl+Alt+Delete which brings up a forced task manager. Even then i get just a black screen. So I have to force shut the PC down and restart it.

Now i did wonder that due to 251 mods that the memoryheap default size was low for the usage so checking on forums i changed them to this...

[General]

EnableDiagnostics=1

ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

[Display]

iTintTextureResolution=2048

[Memory]

defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024

scrapHeapSizeMB=256

One issue with this is where exactly should it be pasted? SkyrimCustom ini? My MO2 shows ini files but it only shows skyrim ini, skyrimprefs ini and skyrimcustom ini. It doesnt list my skse ini.

This alteration is supposed to let an intensively  modded game run better and not exceed the default scrapheap that causes a crash. But i am wondering if its working.

I dont right now wish to remove any mods unless its the 'obvious' culprit one and right now just checking off one mod at a time to even see if its that mod would be a nightmare as the CTD doesnt seem to occur till about an hour or 2 of playtime and its random.

I just want to stop the CTD if i can.

Does this make sense to anyone please that also has advice or a possible reason?
