Odd things keeping up - the INTEL TEXTURES plugin isn't there!

Recommended Posts

So, I thought to check my mods and re-save the textures in BC7 format.
That can be done using the Intel Textures Works Plugin for Photoshop...
...So, I went there and picked the zip file, opened it and installed the files as they're writing about:

http://gametechdev.github.io/Intel-Texture-Works-Plugin/

And when I opened a textures and went "Save As"... there is NO INTEL option to pick! Here:

It SHOULD be like this (after, obviously, picking the Intel format in the "Save as"):

How can I save the textures in BC7... when the plugin is "invisible"?
I'm also have installed the nVidia DDC plugin (as you may see in the pic)...
Is this the issue? Do I need to remove the nVidia DDC plugin, so the Intel plugin to function?
(Although I read a topic and saying both plugins are working just fine together)

Though I do not have installed photo shop, but currently using paint net to pray with dds, and recent version already offer

relialble pug in which can manage new dds formats. for SE.

(before the plug in need to save as dds2 file. it was somehow tedious for me, but now we need not install the plug in,

just download recent version paint.net then work,, (though I know,, if I have photo shop, I may prefer the plug in)

then without using photo shop etc,, you can test DDS textire coverter
