Game does not start after fresh reinstall

So, I was trying to play the game with mods. If you need a list of them please tell me how to get them and I will try to do so. After downloading a couple of them, my game that was working fine before wont even load from vortex or stream. I've checked in vortex and with LOOT and they dont give me any errors. Of course I got rid of any mods that might have been for oldrim or were causing conflicts. I also cleaned up the mods with SSEdit and was hoping that would work, but it doesn't seem so. And I went through all of the mods individually to test what it could be and disabled them one by one and then checked it each time, but hte game still does not work. It's only after purge that it works. I've been trying to mod this for three days and am finally asking for help. If anyone could I'd be grateful Thanks.

  

Where exactly can i find the loadorder? I think Ive found it in the program itself but I'm not too sure. I've looked in the LOOT folder and dont see it. Also, I'm using LOOT to get the load order correct as Im assuming it knows what its doing.

Also, i checked through Wyre Bash and it says that some plugins are form Oldrim but I got them on SE nexus and lovelab site and they say they are from Skyrim Sepcial edition so I dont know what is going on there. Maybe because they are conversions from things that used to be from LE?

I'm not sure what's going on. LOOT says I dont have certain patches for mods, but I have them installed and everything. Is it maybe because of the load order? *It also seems to like uninstalling the esp/esm files I need when I do the load order and I dont get why at all. Since those are patches it complains about that I need so badly. I don't know, but i reinstalled the patches it needed to be sure, ten ran it again, and now I did wryebash to see if it might be correct. Here's the mod loading order from that.

As a general point, the way to proceed is to satisfy yourself that the base game is working correctly and then install mods several at a time. It is far easier to troubleshoot a game with 20 mods than it is one with 200 mods.

 

What was written in the OP and things like this:

44 2c     AmazingFollowerTweaks.esp

50 32     UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul.esp

suggest to me that you don't really know a lot about modding Skyrim.

 

My advice would be to:

learn how to use Vortex and LOOT (do you know where they would show that there was a problem?)

remove the mods and read the descriptions

reinstall them in bunches, making sure you have all the required mods for them.

Test as you go.

Eh, its ok. I figured it out. Turns out Devious Devices keeps making a dll error where it cant interact with SKSE and that was what was stopping it I believe. Just tried to reinstall that mod again and thats when it wouldnt run anymore. Looking into the mods thread of find a fix and hopefully get everything going again. This is order i had before the thing crashed with DD.

EDIT: Tried to remove devious devices and it still wont start. I believe I got rid of all the files associated with it tho. *Sigh* Im so tired..

EDIT 2 (2/24/20): Seems it was Sexlab aroused that also made it not work. I'm gonna try devious devices again tho and hope it will function. I'd really like to be able to use SLA tho.
