tech support Mods won't go into MCM menu

So I just started this whole modding for Fallout 4 thing and after downloading and making sure everything is fine, I load up the MCM and barely any of the mods I installed appeared.

MCM is not mod list, this is menu to configurate mods ingame, if mod dont appear in game means it have no configuration for MCM

What should I do then? Because whenever for example I take my cloths off I'm still wearing underwear.

Maybe you need to build body with bodyslide tool

@Carl Finkerton  I was looking at your installed mods list and noticed you have Fourplay installed Which is not needed and is outdated. And just to add to what @Indarello  said remember to check the morph box when building your body.

Still in underwear, I'm confused about what I'm doing wrong.
